WHAT WE DID:
Studio Fabric invited DLC to create the branding, positioning, logo, signage, and initial marketing materials for a historic building turned luxury lofts called Title Guarantee on 411 W 5th St in Los Angeles on Pershing Square. The Building is one of the cities most spectacular Art Deco style highrises. Built in 1930 on the site of the California Club building and designed by  Parkinson & Parkinson, who also designed many other landmarks in Los Angeles, including Los Angeles City Hall and Bullocks Wilshire. Originally an office building, the structure was later converted into lofts. In 1984 the building was listed in the National Register of Historic Places. The interior of the building features intricate masonwork, marble and six lobby murals by famed Hugo Ballin.
