WHAT WE DID:
Studio Fabric invited DLC to collaborate on creative concepts for 625 Broadway in San Diego CA. We love working on historic projects, they become a history lesson of discovery in the process. 625 Broadway was built by John D. Spreckles, the architect was Parkinson & Parkinson and the terra cotta found throughout the building was made by Gladding, Mc Bean Co. The concept below didn’t end up as the final concept, some design elements from this concept survived, overall it was a local history lesson that we enjoyed exploring.
